Objective: The objective of this experiment was to measure the effects non-protein nitrogen (NPN; biuret) or NPN + ruminal modifier (biuret Bovatec, Zoetis, Parsippany, NJ) inclusion in a commercial mineral mix on growth performance yearling beef calves grazing Kansas Flint Hills.
